There are two parent meetings each year that OLPH School parents are encouraged to attend. These meeting are another way to keep parents well-informed and engaged in their child’s education and are designed to share important information that will help all our families to experience a successful year. Topics covered in these meetings range from reviewing important school policies, sharing accomplishments, communicating information regarding standardized testing, highlighting PTO announcements and upcoming events, announcing parent volunteer opportunities and much more. These meetings are also a wonderful opportunity to build fellowship among our school families.
Meetings are held in the Parish Hall and the PTO Hospitality committee provides a beautiful array of refreshments. Please make a note of the three parent meetings for this school year and plan for at least one parent from each family to attend. These meetings are not intended for students. Parents not in attendance will be billed $50 on their SMART Tuition account as a missed meting fee.
