Accepted Students

Tuition Setup – Once you have paid your registration, we will send you a letter with a form to set up your tuition payments through Blackbaud Tuition Management.

Documents – You are required to submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate and his or her current immunization record before the first day of school, as well as the additional documents that are required on our Application Process page. For children entering kindergarten, please submit a copy of their signed Health Examination Form. Please fill out and upload online or submit to our school health assistant Jeannine Santiago at jsantiago@olphscmail.org once you have been accepted.

Review and Return – Please read through the forms below, then fill out the Reading Acknowledgment Form, which confirms you’ve read and understood each document:

Uniforms – Visit Gloria’s Uniforms at 23566 Suite 103 Lyons Ave. to purchase your uniforms.

Summer Camp – This is an optional camp that students can attend. We offer a TK and Kinder Readiness Course for our youngest learners and a variety of offerings for our students entering first grade and up. This is a great opportunity to meet some new friends and become familiar with our campus. Visit our Summer Camp page for details.

Summer Packet – In early July, you will receive a summer packet. The packet will include information about dress code, hot lunch, school supplies and more. It also will include an Emergency Card that needs to be returned by the first day of school.

First Week of School Events – There are a few events that will require your attendance before the first day of school:

• TK and Kinder Orientation – Monday, August 15, 2022 at 6 p.m.
• New Family Orientation – Monday, August 15, 2022 at 7 p.m.

• First Day of School – Wednesday, August 17, 2022 – 12:30 p.m. Dismissal
