Re-enrollment is currently closed. Families will be notified when it is open and time to re-enroll.

Re-enrollment for Current Families

  1. To access all re-enrollment and application forms, please do the following:
    • Log in to Gradelink.
    • Type in your username and password.
    • Click on the “Re-enroll” button on the left menu.
  2. To re-enroll a current student, click on the “Re-enroll” button. The Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your currently enrolled oldest child. The online process should take about five to 10 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If you have multiple children, please make sure you complete this process for each child currently enrolled at OLPH Catholic School.
  3. To complete an application for a NEW student, please complete an admissions application on our website or pick up a paper copy. Do NOT enter his or her information into Gradelink. The admission application form must be completed for any child if he or she will attend OLPH Catholic School for the first time. Please do NOT complete this form if your child is a current OLPH student. Please complete each section of the form and submit. Once you have submitted your application, you will need to pay a $50 application fee.


Re-enrollment Fee (current families) $125 per student
New Sibling Application Fee $50 per student
New Student Registration Fee $175 per student
Re-register After February 10, 2023 $175 per student
Re-register After February 24, 2023 $225 per student
