Families are invited to contribute their time and talents to enhance the experiences of our students at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School. Throughout the school year, there are a variety of opportunities to volunteer in the computer lab or library, help serve lunch, plan a class party, prepare an enrichment activity from home, or help with any of our PTO committees and events.

TK through eighth-grade families are required to complete 40 volunteer hours each school year, at least half of which must be completed by the end of the first semester.

VIRTUS and LiveScan

The safety of our students is our highest priority — please read more about ways to protect our children. In order to create a safe environment for our students, OLPH Catholic School requires that all volunteers who come in contact with students complete the VIRTUS child safety training course Protecting God’s Children and a fingerprinting/LiveScan form. The course is offered at various locations and times. Please visit the VIRTUS website for more information.

To complete your fingerprinting/LiveScan, please print and complete the below form. Turn in the form to the OLPH school office. Your form will be submitted to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, and you will be emailed once officials have given us your LiveScan form. You will then take this form to a LiveScan location, get fingerprinted, and return a copy of the completed form to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and the OLPH school office.
